In the morning of 11 March 2011, Lac Hong University had a meeting with Southern Taiwan University delegation represented by Prof. Dr. Min Tsai Lai - Dean of Business Administration; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jack Y.P. Wang - Dean of Mechanical Engineering, Director of International Cooperation Office and Dr. Liao Darby - Head of International Coordination Office.
On behalf of Lac Hong University, Dr. Tran Hanh sent his thanks to the delegation for their visit and interviews with the candidates who have received scholarships of the Southern Taiwan University.
Dr. Tran Hanh has appreciated the University of Southern Taiwan as a renowned school for its technological fields. Many teachers of Lac Hong have studied here . Coming back, they have promoted their abilities and greatly contributed to the development of their school’s technological branches. Hopefully, the cooperation between the two schools will be even stronger, through this relationship further training more good teachers and students of Lac Hong University. He has also shown that the development target of Lac Hong since its foundation is to promote the development of technological fields, therefore expecting to learn more from the Southern Taiwan University.
A representative of Southern Taiwan University also thanked Lac Hong University for it warm welcome. In coming time, the school will have specific training plans on long-term cooperation program between the two schools sent to Lac Hong University to raise the numbers of candidates to study in Taiwan.
At the meeting, the University of Southern Taiwan also interviewed 12 candidates of Mechatronics Engineering, English, Business Administration, Banking and Finance and so on.
