In the morning of February 11, the Annual Staff Conference 2011 – 2012 was solemnly held at Lac Hong University. The purpose of the Conference is to stimulate ideas or suggestions to build and develop the university.
The Staff Conference is one of the annual activities of Lac Hong to promote staff’s democracy in school management, construction and development. In addition, it is an occasion for all of the staff to contribute their opinions and brainpower to promote further the development of the university.
At the conference, the university’s leadership has reviewed the implementation of tasks and targets of the school year 2010-2011, worked out major orientations, objectives and tasks in the next school year 2011 – 2012 and also directly answered all of the questions of faculty and staff.

The agreement focused on specific regulations about employment, working hours, break time, pay and allowances, bonuses, other benefits, hygiene and safety at work, social insurance, medical health insurance, unemployment insurance, reward and discipline and so on. That Lac Hong University signed the collective agreement has been highly appreciated by the National Education Union of Vietnam and many other universities have also been implementing this model.
