On 20 December, 2012, an art performance was held at E 501, campus 3, Lac Hong University to celebrate the success of 10th National Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union term 2012 – 2017.

Attending the program as for Dong Nai provincial Youth Union, was Standing Deputy Secretary Le Thi Ngoc Loan and many other comrades. As for Lac Hong University, there were Secretary of Party Committee Nguyen Trung Phuong  and Vice Rector, Chairman of Trade Union Dr. Diep Cam Thu. As for university’s Youth Union – Student Association, there was the present of Comrade Le Son Quang – Secretary of Youth Union, Comrade Tran Tien – Chairman of Student Association and other comrades and the participation of more than 600 youth union members. The program was also attended by Dong Nai newspaper and television.

At the event, Standing Deputy Secretary Le Thi Ngoc Loan on behalf of Dong Nai provincial delegation reported some results of the congress and called upon provincial youth to make every effort to take part in emulation movements in order to welcome the success of 10th National Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union term 2012 – 2017.

Representing provincial Youth Union members, Nguyen Thi Nhan – chapter 09QT114 delivered a speech responding to emulation movements of Dong Nai's Youth Union.

The program ended with fascinating musical performance of Lac Hong University's students.
