Right from the start, the 21st English Speaking Club meeting taking place on Saturday morning, November 30th 2013 with the topic “Dating” created an appealing and exciting atmosphere to attendees. The discussion helped them get accustomed to some terms of the topic like “go Dutch”, “blind date”, “Omiai” and several interesting dating customs of some other countries in the world.
During the meeting, not only did they become involved enthusiastically in team games such as Chinese whisper, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire but they also confidently expressed their thoughts and experience about this familiar topic.
Due to the upcoming stressful final exam, the number of attendees in this club meeting decreased considerably. Therefore, the next English speaking club meetings will be delayed until after Tet holiday.
We wish you great success on your exams and wonderful Tet holiday. See you again soon.
