Traditional Student Football Award to be opened

Afternoon of March 22, at Huynh Gia football ground, quarter 2, Buu Long ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province, Faculty of Oriental Studies' Executive Committee of Youth Union - Student Association held a ceremony to open Traditional Student Football Award in order to mark the 83 years of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2014)

Attending the opening ceremony was Vice Chairman of the University Youth Union - Student Association Huynh Thuc Hieu, Faculty's Academic Affairs staff Ms. Le Thi Trinh, Secretary of Faculty Nguyen Thi Hong Cuc, Secretary of Faculty Youth Union Phan The Anh, representatives of the Executive Committee, Organizing Board and participating football teams.

Traditional Student Football Award school year 2013 -2014 confirms its strength in sports movement of the whole Faculty, also helps to boost up that of the University and becomes a rewarding and meaningful activity. In addition, the tournament contributes to improve effective education, physical training, enrich the cultural and spiritual life of students and create opportunities for learning exchanges, mutual understanding between classes.

Traditional Student Football Award this year attracts the participation of 16 teams across youth branches of Oriental Studies Faculty. With spirit of solidarity, enthusiasm, excitement of youth, the tournament will certainly be attractive and amazing.

After the opening ceremony was over, first matches of the tournament officially took place ebulliently and dramatically.

The award is scheduled to be held from March 22 to April 20, 2014
