In the morning of May 7, a delegation from IPC New Zealand led by Director of International Relation Dept. Vo Thanh Khiet had a working visit to Lac Hong University. Receiving the delegation was Rector Do Huu Tai; Vice Rectors Nguyen Thi Thu Lan and Lam Thanh Hien; heads of International Relations Dept., Faculty of English Language and General English Dept.
At the first meeting, a representative of IPC has shared general information about their operation programs. Then they mentioned annual scholarship programs offered to students. Also, cooperation plans on enhancing teachers' and students' English level was discussed at the working session.

Accepting good intentions from IPC, the University also introduced its teaching activity and cooperation strategies. It is known the University has been expanding ties with Japanese businesses, and it has received great support from Japan's Ministry of Industry and Trade, HIDA organization and PASONA TECH,... Therefore, Mr. Vo Thanh Khiet presented the program "double graduate" (combining IPC New Zealand's and IPU Japan's degrees) at the working session.
On the first step, the University will exchange information about English teaching method for lectures (training in about 5 week period in New Zealand). After that, it will go into the details of cooperation directions.
