A delegation from Support Vietnam (Long Duc Industrial Zone) - led by Mr. Shinya Inouse on October 29 had a working session with Vice Rector of LHU Lam Thanh Hien and leaders of Oriental Studies Faculty. The working session focused on organizing training program "Japanese business culture" at LHU.
Expert Shinya Inouse exchanged information about training program with representatives of the University.
In early 2014, the first time Support Vietnam discussed training program on business culture for senior students. The initial plan was cooperating with the University to establish Japanese business culture training program for more than 200 senior students of engineering, languages and economics. The first course took place from April to August, 2014, attracting nearly 400 learners (double the number as first estimation). That is the reason why Support Vietnam continues to open more training courses. Otherwise, according to many human resourses surveys from Japanese enterprises in Dong Nai locality, Support Vietnam considers Lac Hong University as a potential partner Japanese businesses are aiming at.
Speaking at the working session, "After the first course, Support Vietnam has introduced students to Japanese business to take internship. As a result, they receive active appreciation for their working attitude from these companies. This year, Japanese businesses expect to recruit technical students. Therefore, this year's course adds intensive technology in lectures. In addition, in order to support and transfer major knowledge, Support Vietnam invites experts, lecturers from Japanese universities", said Mr. Shinya Inouse.
The second course will he held in the middle of March, 2015. The course content includes Japanese culture; Japanese business power and Business culture; Management system in Japanese businesses. Particularly, technical students will be offered intensive manufacture technology.
