Recently, at Hall room of Dong Nai Radio and Television Station, the provincial Mobilization Board for Voluntary Blood Donation held a ceremony to review 2014 blood donation campaigns and honor outstanding individuals and organizations for their contribution in blood donation movements. Attending the ceremony were representatives from Central Committee of Red Cross Association of Southern region, leaders of Dong Nai People's Committee, leaders of Red Cross Association at districts and blood donors.
At the ceremony, Dong Nai provincial Mobilization Board for Voluntary Blood Donation made a summary report on 2014 blood donation campaigns and then praised outstanding individuals and organizations for their achievements in voluntary blood donation programs.
Lac Hong University continues to be one of the leading universities and colleges in blood donation movement at Dong Nai province locality with nearly 1, 000 units of blood donated in 2014.
At the event, LHU was presented Bronze Plate. In addition, the University's Youth Union collective was awarded certificate of merit for its excellent achievements in 2014 blood donation mobilization by Dong Nai provincial People's Committee.
On this occasion, the Red Cross Association of Vietnam and the Dong Nai provincial People's Committee praised blood donors for their outstanding performance and presented certificates of merit to collectives and individuals for their contributions in 2014 blood donation movements. Specifically, LHU Rector Do Huu Tai was presented Bronze Plate by the National Steering Committee and certificate of merit by the Red Cross Association of Vietnam. Vice Secretary of Youth Union Tran Tien was bestowed merit by Dong Nai provincial People's Committee. Comrade Nguyen Vo Son was presented a gift by the Dong Nai provincial Red Cross Association for his blood donation from 15 times and above.
