Recently, LHU in cooperation with Tae Kwang Vina Industrial Joint Stock Co. organized an exchange meeting to introduce information about apprenticeship processes as well as regulations. The program took place at LHU Center for Application and Scientific Research, campus 6.
Alumni working at Tae Kwang Vina Industrial Joint Stock Co. came back school to provide consulting information.
Attending the program were LHU's Vice Director of Center for Enterprise Relations and Student Support Tran Dung, Tae Kwang Vina Industrial Co.'s Director of Human Resources Alex and nearly 120 students from Faculties of Mechatronics - Electronics, International Business Administration, Chemical and Environmental Engineering, Information Technology, Finance and Accounting, Oriental Studies and English Language.
At the program, representative of Tae Kwang Vina Industrial Co. provided the participants human resources developing strategies and then collected apprenticeship forms registered by students. Registered students would take part in interviews the next day. According to cooperation plan between the two sides, apprentices will receive salary and benefits. After graduation, they may be favored to take suitable positions at the company. The apprenticeship program at the company is professional and close to reality.

According to Mr. Alex, this working session was a an activity to mark training cooperation program with the University. This was also a preparation step for later recruitment. Good recruitment will bring the company appropriate staff, enhancing work effectiveness and its reputation since human resource recruitment may directly affect staff quality, and also save training expenses if the company can select potential candidates.
As known, in addition to cooperation plan with the University, Tae Kwang Vina Industrial Co highly spoke of the training program as well workforce quality the University introduced.
