Nearly 200 students and Youth Union - Student Association cadres gathered at room A301 to attend a direct talk with the University Management Board on May 27.
Presiding the talk was People's Teacher Dr. Do Huu Tai - Chairman of Trustees Board - Rector, Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Vice Rector. The talk also saw the presence of representatives of Party Committee, Secretary of Youth Union, leaders of departments, faculties, centers of the University.
The aim of this program was to create a direct and open talk to help the University Management Board grasp students' expectations and problems in learning and training in order to guarantee and increase comprehensive educational quality.
Rector Do Huu Tai made a speech at the talk.
Opening the talk, the Rector mentioned that the dialog was an occasion for the University and students to meet and exchange problems so as to find out best solutions to make managing, teaching and learning tasks gain best results.
At the talk, students were answered all questions around activities of the University, facilities, training missions, schedules, scores, scientific research and international cooperation, Youth Union activities, ... The University Management and representatives of units based on their functions and duties, regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and real conditions of the University exchanged, cleared up questions and defined ways to solve problems, showing their responsibilities for students' opinions.

Ending the talk, the Rector has directed units to improve, increase the quality, serving spirit and attitude to students. He also proposed the Youth Union cadres to support students to join in extracurricular activities as well as practical movements.
The direct talk between the University Management Board and students, academic year 2015 - 2016 has successfully concluded in a straight and building atmosphere. Through the program, students can learn more about their opinions and responsibilities in studying, contributing to build the University. The University Management Board can also understand more about students’ expectations and proposals, then produce solutions for better managing and teaching missions.
