Recently, LHU Member of the Trustees Board Nguyen Thi Lan Huong presented three breeding cows totaling VND 42 million to three dioxin-affected families with difficult circumstances in Cam My and Dinh Quan districts.
Representing Ms Lan Huong, Secretary of Youth Union Le Son Quang presented cows to families.
Chairwoman of Dong Nai provincial AO/dioxin victims' Association said this was the first time the benefactor presented breeding cows to dioxin-affected families. The Association would promote this model and hoped difficult families to have more means to develop economy and stabilize their lives.
Taking care of AO/dioxin victims is always paid high attention by the Rector and LHU. Particularly, the University regularly presents gifts to 20 AO/dioxin victims in Cam My and Dinh Quan districts.
