LHU held an online program on December 24 to exchange and connect human resources between students and Japanese businesses in Dong Nai province.
The exchange program attracted the participation of 10 Japanese businesses in Dong Nai
This is the second time LHU has hosted this exchange program. This year's program attracted the participation of 10 Japanese businesses and 80 students from LHU, Dong Nai University, Dong Nai High-Tech College and Economic - Technical Vocational School No. 2.
At the program, Mr. Pham Van Cuong - Deputy Head of the provincial Industrial Park Management Board said “Through this event, we hope businesses, universities, alumni and students to join the discussion to share experience, standards and orientations in training and recruitment so that universities can build practical training programs. Then businesses can quickly find human resources to stabilize their production. Graduates also have jobs, contributing to promoting socio-economic development of the locality.”
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector of LHU shared “The University's success is due to the great contribution of businesses such as accepting students for internships and recruiting graduates, enterprises' recommendations in adjusting training programs suitable for society's needs... In addition, they support the Unviersity's training process by giving scholarships to students, donating equipment and devices,..."
LHU often equips its students with full training courses such as soft skills, interview skills, CV skills, Japanese corporate culture,... Therefore, LHU students confidently "search and choose" not "apply" for a job. Through this, the University is also looking forward to receiving contributions from businesses to make the training programs more and more relevant to enterprises' needs.
