Under the MoU, the two sides will provide information channels to study in Vietnam for Cambodian students. LHU and KVA will jointly help Cambodian students to complete their study abroad procedures in Vietnam.
The MoU signing ceremony marks an important milestone in the development of international cooperation of LHU which has been strongly implemented in recent years.
