LHU receives WABUNKA Association

On January 26, 2024, WABUNKA - Traditional Japanese Culture Manners Meister Association paid a visit and worked with LHU. The aim of the visit is to bring benefits and opportunities for LHU students.

The WABUNKA Association was represented by Mr. Amemiya Norio - President and Ms. Ozaki Emi - Vice President. On the LHU side, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector; Nguyen Thi Nhu Thuong, M.A - Vice Dean of Faculty of Oriental Studies; Hoang Tien Dung, M.A - Deputy Head of Office of International Affairs; Tran Minh Thuy Duong, M.A - Head of Department of Japanese Studies and lecturers warmly received the delegation.

At the meeting, the two sides exchanged and discussed the Japanese business etiquette training program for students majoring in Japanese Studies and others at LHU. This training aims to help students better understand Japanese culture and manners in business. By participating in practical activities and lessons from experts, students will have the opportunity to grasp the basic and important principles in interacting and working with Japanese partners and customers.

On the occasion, the WABUNKA Association sent best regards and New Year wishes to LHU. This is an especially meaningful activity in Japanese culture and traditions. The Association also wished to create opportunities to meet, exchange culture and build good relationships with LHU students and lecturers. This concurrently brings motivation and encouragement to students during their study and career development.

Through organizing Japanese business etiquette classes, the WABUNKA Association contributes to promoting the development of Japanese training at LHU, while creating opportunities for students to understand and experience Japanese business culture in an authentic and practical way.
