Following the success of previous training sessions on Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) measurement and assessment to serve quality assurance according to the AUN-QA standards, on April 17, 2024 Dr. Le Phuong Truong - Head of the Office of Testing and Quality Assurance, LHU continued to preside a training workshop on Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) framework at LHU for lecturers of 4 Faculties: Faculty of Oriental Studies, Faculty of Mechatronics and Electronics, Faculty of English Language and Faculty of Administration and International Economics with the aim of equipping the participants with the competencies to design, implement and evaluate curriculum based on OBE framework.
OBE is basically a model of approaching, building and operating training programs based on the knowledge and skills that learners are expected to acquire and demonstrate successfully upon graduation. OBE focuses on learning outcomes, assured knowledge, skills and attitudes (including thinking skills learners need to acquire) which are clearly defined and demonstrated.

Through the training session, the participants were provided with knowledge, skills, and OBE-based teaching methods, bringing practical and useful values to the University's quality assurance work.
