On Dec, 2009 representatives from Kwang Ju visited LHU and had a meeting with Mr. Pham Thai Thanh, chief deputy manager of International Relation. The meeting was to implement the agreement which had been signed between LHU and Kwang Ju University. The content of the agreement was the student exchange program that is presently known as the 2+2 program. Therefore, LHU students from Asian Study would spend two years on learning at LHU and 2 years at Kwang Ju. Besides, University of Kwang Ju claimed to cooperate with LHU in providing Korean teaching resources as well as training LHU teaching staff.
