In the morning of 30 March 2011, Lac Hong University has a meeting with Ms.Jasmine Ji - Coordinator of international cultural exchange program of the Wuhan University (China).
On behalf of the school, Tran Dung, M.A - Vice Director of the Center for International Relations and Mr. Nguyen Tam Son – a specialist of International Relations Center directly received the delegation.
University of Wuhan is one of fifty key universities directly under the Ministry of Education of China. It offers 78 Ph.D. programs, 160 undergraduate programs. Currently, students from nearly 40 countries are studying majors, namely literature, language, physics, education, etc... in which 70 of them are Vietnamese.
Discussing with Ms. Jasmine Ji, Mr. Tran Dung hopes that Wuhan University may establish relations of cooperation with Chinese companies in Dong Nai so that they can grant scholarships to Lac Hong students attending cooperative training programs.
At the meeting, the two schools have exchanged ways of cooperation to cultivate Lac Hong students’ knowledge and levels of scholarships granted. Wuhan University also expresses its hope of combining with Lac Hong University to hold an exhibition of its disciplines to students of Lac Hong University and of other schools.
