The tenth English club meeting – the first meeting in this semester entitled “Children and Money”  was successfully organized last Saturday, on September 7^th.  The club, beyond the organizers’ expectation, was well attended by a large number of students from many departments at Lac Hong University. Taking part in the club meeting, the participants had chances to practice speaking English through a set of discussion questions which is for all levels from beginning to advance and designed by teaching staff of the General English Department. In addition, encouraged by the exciting atmosphere and appealing gifts from holders, the club members tried to join themselves in interesting games in the meeting, making it funnier and more enjoyable.

At the end of the meeting, Nguyen Thi Thu Thao, a student of Accounting and Auditing Department excellently won a precious scholarship from Lac Hong University’s Informatics and Foreign Language Center. The meeting finished successfully at 10:30.
