Recently, Mr. Shinji Kamei - Chairman of the Board, General Manager of Mabuchi Motor Group (Mabuchi International Scholarship Foundation (MISF) came back LHU to work and evaluated the non-interest loan supporting project deployed at LHU. Then the two sides signed new cooperation agreements to develop and maintain the Scholarship Fund.

The working session also saw the presence of Mr. Shunichiro Onaka - General Secretary of MISF, Mr. Hoang Son - General Manager of Mabuchi Motor Vietnam Company, LHU Permanent Vice Rector Lam Thanh Hien, Head of Enterprise Relation and Student Support Division - Project Coordination Board Tran Dung and relevant officers.
According to the Project Coordination Board at LHU, the program was implemented in October 2015. The number of students supported each year is 25. After 4 years, the total number of students now is 95 with the capital up to VND 2 billion 365 million. By 2018, the Coordination Board proposed to increase the number of students up to 30 per year.

Mabuchi - LHU Scholarship Fund is a non-interest loan supporting project from MISF offered to students who have difficult circumstances. Each student will be supported VND one million loan/ per month during 4 or 4,5 years. Each year, the Board will consider selecting extra 25 students.

Through the report made by the Coordination Board, there are four students completing the training programs. Two of them have already been employed. Five students are joining in Paid Internship Program in Japan and one in China.
