On March 20, at the Southern Regional Semi-Final of the National Korean Speaking Contest - the 1st Korean Ambassador Cup 2022, Pham Dang Thuy Diem from class 18DH114, Korean Studies major, Faculty of Oriental Studies, LHU excellently took Third Place.
This contest is a meaningful event organized by the Korean Embassy in Vietnam on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam - South Korea.
The competition provides participants an opportunity to exchange Korean language and culture, improving the ability of Korean learning and speaking in the context of strengthening the strategic partnership between Vietnam and Korea.
Going through the school's preliminary rounds, the organizers received the participation of 53 candidates from 27 universities and colleges, 12 King Sejong Academies and 11 secondary and high schools nationwide.
The Northern Regional Semi-Final will be held on April 7. The 16 best contestants will be selected to compete in the national final round, which is expected to be held in May or June in Ha Noi.
