In the morning of December 18, at room E301- campus 3, LHU's Korean Studies Branch - Oriental Studies Faculty held the final round of the 2nd Korean Eloquence contest. The aim of the contest was to enhance eloquent ability as well as to create a language playground for all students of Korean Studies.
The contest attracted the participation of 26 contestants at all levels. After the qualifying round which took place on December 11, 10 excellent candidates were selected to compete at the final round of the contest held on December 18.
After 3 hours of competition, the Organizing Board has selected 3 Silver and 3 Bronze winners and 4 Consolation ones.
Silver: Ngo Ngoc Thanh - class 10DH112; Vo Thi Hien - class 12DH112 and Hoang Do Phuong Hong Hoa - class 11DH111
Bronze: Tran Dieu Hien - class 11DH111; Nguyen Thi Quyen - class 10DH111 and Bui Thi Hoa - 12DH112
Consolation: Ngo Nguyen Huu Hoach; Tran Thi Thu Thuy; Nguyen Thi Thuy Dung and Nguyen Thi Viet Trinh
The best winner will represent Lac Hong University to attend the 7th National Vietnamese - Korean Speaking Contest held in Da Nang city on February 25, 2014 by Vietnam – Korea Cultural Exchange Center.
Ms. Than Thuy My Linh awards certificates of merit to Bronze winners.
Mr. Park Po Kab awards certificates of merit to Silver winners.
