Recently, the Faculty of Administration - International Economics, LHU invited businesses and employers to participate in the seminar "Evaluating training programs and output standards 2022" for Economics major to help graduates meet recruitment needs.
The seminar saw the presence of leaders and faculty members of Faculty of Administration -International Economics, representatives of Dong A Service Co., Esquel Co., Ltd, alumni and students.

At the event, Mr. Nguyen Van Tan, Dean of the Faculty of Administration - International Economics, introduced the training process of Foreign Trade major to the participants. Representatives of businesses have also contributed some ideas to improve students' learning outcomes.
Mr. Nguyen Hung Vy - Import and Export Director of Esquel Co., Ltd gave suggestions to help the Faculty to improve its curriculum
According to Mr. Nguyen Hung Vy - Import and Export Director of Esquel Co., Ltd, the University needs to focus more on necessary subjects for students such as enhancing English listening and speaking skills, inviting foreign lecturers, clubs, English presentations, updated informatics (software like VBA, RPA, Power BI, how to write emails, outlook,...). Import and export operations, incoterms, import and export processes need to be increased. Besides, the University can associate with some service companies such as Dong A, considering third-year students to practice more.
Also at the program, Ms. Tang Thuy Vy, Esquel Company presented about the connection between the two sides. Accordingly, Esquel company will support students' apprenticeship, factory visit, coordinate with the University to organize CV writing courses, mock interviews to equip students with skills.
