SFT set up the Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) based on the contents of the PEOs and meetings with the stakeholders, members of the scientific board, lecturers, employers, alumni and students. Their ideas and suggestions had been welcomed and taken into serious consideration to build up SFT’s nine PLOs.
PLO1: Apply knowledge of mathematics, natural sciences, social sciences, and food science to solve problems in the field of food technology.
PLO2: Analyze to solve problems in the field of food technology.
PLO3: Propose a food technology process.
PLO4: Explain the impact of food technology solutions on the environment and society.
PLO5: Carry out the steps in the food analysis process, the production process of food products.
PLO6: Communicate effectively through language, text, and about activities in the field of food technology.
PLO7: Coordinate and work effectively in a team.
PLO8: Comply with professional behavior and ethics.
PLO9: Pursue long-term learning and research.
